I believe in the pure beauty of simplicity newborn photos!

Keeping the focus on you and the fierce love you feel for your baby is the most important part of the session. By not using loud or colorful props, it keeps your attention on the subject and not the clothing.

I love working with delicate white and neutral fabrics.  The studio offers a  beautiful line of luxury studio clothing that consists of dresses, baby clothing and special props for my clients to choose from during your session.

When it comes to clothing I highly encourage my clients to choose pieces that have textures like linen, lace or organic waffle textures in natural shades.  There is nothing more beautiful than an expecting momma to be in a long lace dress. Or a newborn baby wrapped up in an organic knit blanket. All my clients are welcome to use the studio wardrobe but if you would rather not and still need help.  Please reach out if you need recommendations on where to shop, I am always happy to help style your session with your clothing!

Your session with Kandi Anderson  Photography begins with a no-obligation consultation. Where I will guide you on what to expect at our session. I will suggest and direct you on prepping your family on what to wear. And give you a lot of pointers on how to best be prepared for the day.  Sessions take place in my cute and quint little studio,  located in Carlin, Nevada. I would love to start planning your session!

You must have a million and one questions. After all, this is a very important time and picking the right newborn photographer is key to making sure you get the perfect baby photos.

I recommend booking just after your 20-week dr. appointment.  My sessions fill up quickly each month and I am often booked out 3 months in advance. I do require a $200 nonrefundable retainer fee to hold your appointment on my calendar. So it’s never too early too book.
